Emma took a sheet she did in science a few weeks ago and wrote "sopr dopr :)"

Did she think that Mommy would think the teacher wrote it? 

Memorial Day

The kids marched in the Ardsley Memorial Day parade and then got to attend the ceremony & even helped say the pledge of allegiance.

It was certainly warmer and sunny today compared to the rest of the weekend, so the kids enjoyed playing on the playground at the pool and getting snacks.

Group Hebrew School Pic

Their teacher sent out end of year group photos. It really was a fun year and the kids are excited for next year!

Voted!

Clara and Emma joined Mommy to vote yes for the school budget this morning!

And again this afternoon so they could vote. It was neat watching them write their name and grade by themselves!

Last Day of Hebrew School

The kids had their last day if Hebrew School and enjoyed Popsicles as a special treat.

They had a t ball game and started coach pitch today- and they actually hit the ball!!

They both had a blast at a friend's birthday party too.

Emma's Art Class At School

Mommy got to help out in Emma's class today. 

She was working on a project about frogs and painting a scene.

Clara had an appointment in the city and skipped several blocks and couldn't wait to get ice cream at the truck!

Daisy Field Trip

The kids took a field trip to the police and fire station with their troop.after they got a quick treat.

Pottery

The girls have been begging to use the pottery wheel they got for Hanukkah. Today there was no gymnastics, so a good day to do it!

International Day

Today was International Day at school. Mommy made a big poster presentation about Argentina. And Clara wore her Argentinan soccer jersey and Emma wore a blue and white shirt. Thanks to Grandma Silvia and family in Argentina for help!

Swim

The kids are swimming on Mondays. Their babysitter, Chelsea, caught this great pic of Clara jumping in the water.

It was a busy afternoon as they had a night Little League game. It was chilly and hailed at the end, but they both had fun!

Mother's Day

Daddy was away, so the kids decided Mommy should make them breakfast in bed and that they should get to watch tv!

It cleared up to be a nice spring day, so Mommy took the kids to Stone Barns to see the baby chicks, baby pigs and lambs!
