Clara has now experienced her first bee sting. It happened while getting out of the car in the parking lot at LIFE. Mommy saw some bees flying around and knew when Clara started crying what had happened. She was stung underneath her eye and had a little red dot. Her face started to swell too. While Mommy does carry a child's epi pen, she didn't have benadryl and was very lucky that friend Brooke had some in her bag. Mommy called the dr. quickly and was told to give Clara the benadryl and then do it again in 6 hours.
Clara saw everyone running around at LIFE and went to join them too! Both ladies enjoyed climbing on the play equipment and were able to do it without help- a first for both!
