Mommy noticed that Emma's little mark wasn't going away and there seemed to be another one. So, Mommy picked Clara and Emma up from school a little early- all they missed was indoor play- and headed to the doctor.
Emma told the doctor that she needed to check her eyes. And, when the doctor did, Emma instructed the doctor that she needed to use the other tool (and oh, by the way, she was right).
So, Mommy's instincts win again. Turns out is is some sort of staph or something and Emma needs antibiotics. Don't worry- not contagious!
Mommy bribed the ladies to go to CVS with a cookie. However, Clara finished hers first and tried taking Emma's. It seems that when Emma didn't give it to her, Clara bit her and ate the rest of the cookie. Meltdown at CVS!
Clara and Emma enjoyed playing with the SUV for their dollhouse which Mommy got at Affordables today. And, as they both noted, it is blue, just like their new car.
Something funny that both kids have been doing is "hiding." They hide with their eyes closed and think you can't see them. For example, Mommy told Clara that she couldn't take the guitar away from Emma at the doctor's office and Mommy could see her. She sat down and shut her eyes. And, when they play hide and seek, which is also related to peek a boo, they stand and close their eyes.
