Snow in the Spring

As Mommy watched the countdown to spring on the Today show with Clara and Emma, which began at 7:44 am, the snow fell outside. Yes, snow, and a good bit of it. It lasted about an hour and melted even faster. It was a pretty snow that wasn't even the least bit inconvenient.

Mommy decided only to take Clara to Toddler Messy Art today. Emma got pink eye on Thursday and had been on the antibiotics for 24 hours, but Mommy decided to keep her home with the sitter. Clara had a lovely time and loved the sorting and pouring with rice and cups and enjoyed painting with brushes. Emma also did art at home and both ladies were covered in colors!

Emma had physical therapy at 10:30, but was done by 11 and went to her nap. The schedule seems to work for an 11-1 nap with an early bedtime, as the ladies are exhausted in the late afternoon.

Mommy took the ladies to Target and then to the mall to buy new shoes. Clara and Emma were measured in different size in different places and lots of stores didn't even have shoes in their size (5). Mommy finally found cute shoes that were on sale at Nordstrom.

Clara tried to jump tonight- she was bending down and trying to figure out how to lift up in the air. Mommy helped her and she giggled.
