The gang headed to Tibbets Park in Yonkers. What a beautiful place! The ladies enjoyed a walk around the lake and checking out the ducks, swan and turtles. They loved seeing the wild flowers too.
Daddy had to park the car on a different street because of several Con Ed trucks in the cul de sac. After a quick lunch, Clara and Emma enjoyed watched the digger truck dig up the street.( Note to cousin Lucas: Aunt Arin didn't know the exact name of the truck so call us with the right on!) The kids loved watching it and stayed for a 1/2 hour!
This afternoon, the crew enjoyed the Ardsley Middle School park. Clara and Emma bumped into friend Melanie with her Mommy Joy. And, there were other familiar faces there too! The kids wanted Daddy to push them on the swing- for a very long time. They enjoyed some soccer, driving the fire truck, running around, the see saw and the slide! It was lots of fun.
Unfortunately, there are still several Con Ed trucks working outside and a new, larger digger too. Hopefully, they'll solve this problem soon!
