Clara and Emma enjoyed celebrating Israel Day at school in celebrate of Yom Haatzmaut, Israel's birthday. They both wore blue shirts too.
Mommy was a bit shocked to see both Clara and Emma in their jeans. Mommy thought for sure, they would be in a different outfit, but, turns out, they went twice at school! Woo hoo!! Mommy got to watch Clara and Emma sing happy birthday to Israel. Clara turned when Jackie, the school principal, lit the candle and had a huge smile on her face. The cupcake from the party was a huge hit in the car on the way home.
And, after coming home, another trip to the potty and, Clara went poop on the potty! Mommy made a very big deal and she was very excited and got to call Daddy at work and tell him "Daddy, I made poppy on potty."
After lunch, and clearly tired, Mommy had the kids sit down one more time and they both peed. They were so tired from waking up early, Emma even asked for her nap and slept through Clara's screaming. Finally, both slept, but Emma woke up after about an hour yelling. And that sums up the rest of the day.
Clara went on the potty before leaving and Emma didn't and Clara went at Citibabes twice. Emma had a major meltdown there and Mommy had to leave- such an awful afternoon. Emma did go at home and they both went a handful more times.
Tonight in the bath, Clara loved doing "backstroke" and was totally content having her whole head in the water with her face showing. Emma kept trying to use the towel to tuck her in and sing lullaby.
All in all, a dry day for both and a poop on the potty for both.
