It is a very rainy and somewhat icy day here in Dobbs.

This morning, Mommy held an art class for Clara and Emma and opened up the new crayons they got from Grandma and Grandpa Frome. Clara and Emma created some beautiful works. Emma is able to hold the crayons and make lines and Clara just seems to like picking all of them up and putting them down one by one. With Mommy's help, she colored, but she is still working on this skill. Clara also worked on her new favorite activity of putting things in and taking them out. She took all the snap beads out and then put them back in one by one. She also liked playing with her stacking cars and cups today.
Clara has been practicing her marching and Emma her dancing. Clara likes to try and march in place now- except that she only seems to have it down with one leg! Clara and Emma, led by Clara, dumped out the papers from the basket and kept climbing in and out of the cube. Clara was also renamed "Clara "Trouble" Gornstein today. Clara went over to the lamp and kept pulling it, stopped by the plants and kept getting in them, visited the outlets and tried to take the child proofing off and made sure to visit the tv and bang her hands on it. Mommy wants Grandma Frome to know she understands that paybacks are hell, but come on, can't anyone catch a break???
For the fourth night of Hanukkah, Daddy was home early to help celebrate.
And as tradition says, Mommy and Daddy will have chinese and watch a movie. What better way to celebrate the season!
