The Hanukkah Snowstorm

The Gornstein house is ready for Hannukah. Despite the morning snow of a few inches, Mommy cooked up quite a meal.

Emma turned to the page in the nursery rhyme book with a spider and put her hand together and said "itsy." She also put Mommy's finger on her nose and then her own and said "beep."'

The Gornsteins were going to have some friends over, but the snow got in the way. Interestingly, by 3, the snow ended and the sun came out.
Since Mommy cooked up some good food, she invited neighbors Heather, Allie and Andy. Mommy read everyone the "Where is my Dreidel" book- which was present from Grandma and Grandpa Frome. Mommy's latkes came out well this year! Clara and Emma also liked their bucket of bath letters and numbers from Mommy and Daddy and their Hebrew letters toy from Aunt Christina, Uncle Adam and Lucas. Thanks!
