Wave Hill

It was a beautiful but windy Saturday and the family headed to Wave Hill, a garden in Riverdale. It happened to be a free entry Saturday too! Clara and Emma enjoyed smelling the flowers and checking out the pond with the fish( Emma asked"where are the frogs?" since there were lilypads). They couldn't get enough of rolling down the hills and running back and forth on the path and jumping on Daddy and Grandpa. They also started jumping on each other and saying "I got you." Adorable.

In the afternoon, it was time for ice cream! Emma was happy to share her sprinkles with Grandpa- by taking them with her fingers off our of her cup and putting them in Grandpa's cup. And, Clara and Emma were quite happy to share Grandma's cone.See Grandma was the only one to get a cone and Clara and Emma were curious and of course, wanted to share. Messy and happy, Clara and Emma enjoyed a walk around Scarsdale before heading home.

Mommy and Daddy went to 42 at the Ritz - it was awesome with great views of Westchester and even NYC! While Clara and Emma went to bed easily for Grandma and Grandpa, Emma woke up because her pull up leaked and when Mommy and Daddy got home, was getting cleaned up and the sheets needed to be changed. Clara was up too and after a trip to the potty, the kids went back to bed.
