You might ask, who is baby shumshum? Well, Emma named one of her dolls "ShumShum" a few days ago. She walks around with the baby, tells you it is crying, wraps it up (like Grandma Frome taught her) and says "shhh baby, don't cry, Mommy is here." Before leaving the house on Friday, she made sure that the amigas (aka cleaning ladies) were going to take good care of her doll.
Today, Mommy came home from the gym to find that Emma had two more dolls and had also named them. One is Goo Ga. Occassionally, Clara gets in on the action too if Emma lets her hold a doll.
Daddy took Clara and Emma to Staten Island to visit Grandma and Grandpa Gornstein. Clara and Emma took a nap in their sleeping bags and got to go on the carousel and the playground in the afternoon.
Mommy is grateful that Daddy gave her the day to catch up on so many things!
