Attention Auntie Alyssa: Please provide Disney princess movies for your nieces to watch and keep your sister sane. Thank you. End public service announcement. PS- it should be noted that Mommy supports Clara and Emma learning about the Disney princesses as long as it is shared with a healthy does of books like "Ladybug Girl" and "Do Princesses Wear Hiking Boots," and "The Paper Bag Princess."
In the afternoon, the family headed to Staten Island to meet ten day old baby Maayan Feldman, cousins Ariella and Scott's new daughter. Clara and Emma didn't like Mommy holding the baby and both said "my Mommy." They did show a little interest and got to touch the babies toes. After the visit, it was off to Grandma and Grandpa Gornstein's house for dinner. Clara and Emma loved the mashed potatoes and enjoyed trying whipped cream for the first time. Clara dipped each piece of her fruit in (using her hands) ever so slightly and ate it. Emma enjoyed eating her fruit out of the big serving bowl vs her bowl because she decided she liked blackberries and couldn't get enough of them!
Oh, and J-E-T-S, JETS, JETS, JETS. The Gornsteins are excited that the JETS live another week!
