The ladies were happy to wake up and be greeted by Mommy and Daddy. Clara continues to want to be picked up and put right on the floor. She walks around and finds something to play with and has no interest in getting her diaper changed, as indicated by the scream and back arching. Mommy is looking forward to having Grandma and Grandpa Frome in town next week because Clara will probably behave for Grandma during diaper changes! After a bagel and cream cheese breakfast, Clara and Emma enjoyed playing with their drum and maracas.
Today, Clara and Emma had two playdates with two different set of twins from the city. After a morning nap, which Emma wasn't so interested in, Mommy dressed the ladies in their new cords and headed to the Dobbs Diner to meet Naomi and Eitan and Micah (Riverdale is still technically the city, even though they moved out of NYC over the summer too). The kids were quite a hit! Emma was in some teething pain and a bit cranky and didn't want to sit in the highchair, but sat nicely next to and on Mommy. It was lots of fun.
After a nap, Mommy loaded the ladies in the car for a little drive to Scarsdale.It was fun to see Judith with her daughters, Eloise and Mireille, who were all visiting from the city.
