Today was a beautiful day in Dobbs. Clara and Emma enjoyed some time with Daddy this morning while Mommy went to the gym and grocery store. After their nap and lunch, which neither young lady was interested in, Mommy and Daddy took Clara and Emma to the aqueduct for the little festival. It was small, but they had some good music which everyone enjoyed. Clara also practiced walking around in her sneakers and on the grass. In the afternoon, Mommy showed Daddy some of the neighborhoods in the area and then took a walk in Tarrytown. Clara and Emma enjoyed a few bites of Daddy's chocolate chip ice cream and Mommy had a blended coffee from Coffee Labs- yum! Clara loves saying "hi" and waving her hand and Emma loves to say both "hi" and "bye." Emma wasn't so interested in dinner so Mommy gave her a bath- she read a book, played with her cups and her duckys. When Clara came for her bath, she wasn't interested in the bath and started to climb out of the tub- even though Mommy tried to stop her, she literally climbed out onto Mommy's lap. Mommy, with Daddy's help, got her back in the tub and gave her a quick bath.
