Today, Mommy went to the house to set up the cleaning ladies and pick up bagels for breakfast. Daddy got Clara and Emma ready and when Mommy got back, she took them for a little drive before heading to the Botanical Gardens. Yes, Mommy drove to the Bronx. Auntie Alyssa met the Gornstein girls there too. And, in true Mommy fashion, Mommy saw one of her friends from Great Play, Andrea and her family. It was so nice and everyone went to the Children's Garden. Clara and Emma both said "flower" and loved looking at the flowers and touching them. It was a very warm and sunny day and the colorful flowers were beautiful. Mommy and Auntie Alyssa decided to take Clara and Emma on their first tram ride. The tour of the gardens was incredible and Mommy couldn't believe how big it was! Clara and Emma did well on the tram and made friends with everyone sitting behind them.
The ladies took a short nap and were very cranky the rest of the afternoon, which is to be expected on a day that is a little crazy. Clara and Emma were excited to see Grandma and Grandpa Gornstein and enjoyed an early dinner at Pumpernickel.
