Teething, Swings and Library

Today, Clara and Emma woke up at about 6:50. After their bottle, banana and pancakes, Mommy took them for a short walk. Clara and Emma played with Mommy for a little bit more before going down for their nap. Emma practiced blowing kisses (she does it on command) and jumping on the beanbag chairs to get the puppy and kiss him. Clara couldn't keep her fist out of her mouth for very long. Clara said lots of "words" that started with "g g g" and Emma said words that began with "b b b." Cheri arrived just as the ladies were waking up from their nap. While Mommy headed to the gym, Clara and Emma enjoyed their cheese quesadilla and blueberries. After their nap, Mommy and Cheri took the ladies for a walk, even though it was quite humid. Clara and Emma played on the swings for a bit and then were very cranky, so Mommy suggested the library in Dobbs. It was nice and cool, but Clara and Emma are too young to understand that you need to be quiet in a library, so the visit was short. Clara and Emma enjoyed chicken, grilled zucchini and brown rice for dinner. And, without much of a fuss after their bottle, went to sleep at 5:45.
