It was a breezy and refreshing morning that turned into a warm, sunny day. For the second day in a row, the cats got in the trash and Daddy had to go clean it up. It seems a family of cats has come to like the Gornstein trash. Mommy sees them hanging out in the morning around the house. The ladies enjoyed a breakfast of yogurt with fruit and cereal and their bottle. Clara showed Daddy how much she enjoys the walker while Mommy sat with Emma making sure her food digested and checked out the latest in Elmo's World. After a short playtime, Mommy took them on a walk and to swing. After a nap from 9-10:30, Clara and Emma enjoyed a new food for lunch, Mac & Cheese by Annie's and some honeydew and canteloup. Emma liked to pick up each piece of macaroni while Clara seemed more interested in the fruit. After their bottle, they played some more. Lisa arrived around noon. Clara cried when she saw Lisa and Emma made a face- Mommy isn't sure if it is stranger anxiety because both of them rarely have had that kind of reaction to new people. Clara and Emma seemed tired at 12:30, so Mommy decided to put them down- they slept until 2:30. Mommy would like to know who stole her babies and replaced them. Mommy told Daddy that it is probably because they are about to get some more teeth that they are tired and cranky. After their nap, Clara and Emma were very excited to see Lisa. Mommy and Lisa took Clara and Emma on a walk to the village and stopped at the Farmer's Market and then the park, where some of Mommy's new friends were with their babies. Mommy noticed that from the side, Clara looks like Emma and the only reason Mommy knows it is Clara is by what she was wearing today (see the picture with Lisa below). Mommy and Lisa took Clara and Emma swinging and then walked around some more before saying goodbye. It was such a nice visit. After a dinner of little fishies and spinach pancake, Clara and Emma got ready for bed and enjoyed their evening bottle before going to sleep.
