Hot & Humid Tuesday

This morning, after a bottle and a breakfast of cheerios and banana, Mommy took Clara and Emma on a walk to Gould Park. It was very humid, but the ladies enjoyed a quick swing. Mommy had to keep stopping to wake Emma up because she was falling asleep and it was more important for her to nap in her crib. Emma took a very short nap and woke Clara up at about 9:45. After changing, they played with Cheri and enjoyed their favorite lunch of a cheese quesadilla with honeydew and canteloup. Mommy headed out to do some errands while Clara and Emma stayed to play. Clara enjoyed playing with the walker and was quite proud of herself. Emma enjoyed screeching and thought it was funny. She wasn't too interested in pushing the walker and was more interested in looking at it and playing with the toys. After their nap, Mommy and Cheri took Clara and Emma to the mall to cool off. Clara and Emma enjoyed visiting the stores and checking out the latest fashions. They even met another set of ten month old twin girls. They both cried and cried on the way home- Mommy thinks it was because they are tired and because Clara was almost asleep, but Emma kept waking her with her wailing. But, Mommy knows she can't complain since they go to sleep at 5:45 and sleep until almost 7 am. Clara and Emma played some more and were being very silly. They had dinner that included chicken, blueberries, spinach pancake and cheerios and then got ready for bed.
