Mommy somehow managed to get the ladies and all the stuff out of the house this morning. The drive to the city was traffic free. Clara's appointment with the ENT went well. He cleaned out the ear that was infected and re-iterated that a child with tubes shouldn't get antibiotics for an ear infection. The tube is there to help it drain and this infection demonstrates that Clara still needs to have tubes. She also had a hearing test and did very well! The ladies walked in the city a few blocks to meet Grandma Silvia and enjoyed cupcakes at Crumbs before getting in the car. Clara and Emma slept the entire ride to Staten Island as Mommy drove the Brooklyn Bridge and the Verrazano Bridge for the first time.
The ladies ran around Grandma and Grandpa's house, colored, built things with play dough and had their favorite, white mash potatoes for dinner.
Clara and Emma requested to go to sleep tonite. Can't beat that!
