The kids were so excited to see their friends and hit the playground! Clara had a harder time because she was tired as she was up last nite when Emma woke up to poop, and because Mommy was there. She's been great at separation and loves school, but having Mommy there to sit with and hold her was something she took advantage of. She even had a great tantrum- lay on the floor and cried.
Of course, the ladies loved snack and gobbled up apples dipped in honey. Pretzels were a huge hit too.
The bee keeper was cute, but Clara and Emma were very tired and cuddled with Mommy. On the way home, they asked to drink honey- yes, that is right, straight out of the bottle.
Emma and Clara had a good nap but couldn't stop screaming and fighting over getting dressed, snack and Mommy pulled the plug on the afternoon playdate. Mommy got the ladies outside- Clara decked out in a tiara, sunglasses and purple gown. Funny part was that all they wanted to do was pour dirt on each other!
In other news, Emma's test results came back. The good news is that the skin came back fine. Bad news is that they didn't get deep enough, so it is unclear whether she has that specific disorder that they were testing for. Mommy spoke to the dr. twice today about Emma's results and how she doesn't respond to the exlax so well. Next steps look like a special MRI (sedation required- no comment) and possibly a special xray, and yes, another suction biopsy (maybe).
