During morning play, Mommy took out the walker. Clara stood up and took a few steps with it, but mostly they were both interested in how it worked and finding other things to put in their mouths, as they seemed to be in some teething pain. Clara's fifth tooth has come through and it seems they are both working on more!
Mommy went to meet the Director of the JCC on the Hudson nursery school. Mommy is thinking of taking Clara and Emma in to a 1's program in October. Also, Mommy found out that she would need to register Clara and Emma for a 2's program in October of this year.
While Clara and Emma went down at 8:45, they woke up a bit early after only an hour and could barely stay awake after lunch and went down early for their afternoon nap.
In the afternoon, Mommy joined Cheri and Clara and Emma at the park. New friends Caroline and her son, Eli, came from Hartsdale. It was a set-up from old building friend Stacey and her son Alex. After playing in the park and eating snacks, the Gornstein girls took Caroline on a tour of Dobbs.
The girls were quite tired, but made it through dinner and bath, before retiring to bed at 5:45.
