Rainy Thursday

Clara and Emma woke up very happy and excited. Clara wasn't too interested in breakfast, but Emma ate the toast and cheese and pear that Mommy prepared. After playing with Daddy, Mommy got the ladies ready to go out to look at houses in Irvington. Emma and Clara are quite the little house hunters. They both fell asleep after viewing four homes. Mommy transferred them to their cribs, but they didn't take a very long nap. Mommy gave Clara and Emma grilled cheese and banana- which was quite a hit. Clara got excited and screamed when she saw the banana! Mommy welcomed some help today from the new babysitter, Samantha. Clara and Emma enjoyed playing with her while Mommy got some stuff done around the house (read: LAUNDRY). The ladies took an exceptionally long afternoon nap- from 1:30-3:30. During snack, as Clara and Emma enjoyed their yogurt shakes in take and toss Sesame Street cups, Mommy thought it was cute when Emma would look at the cup and say "Elmo" and "Abby." Mommy played Yo Gabba Gabba and Emma once again moved from side to side and smiled and laughed. Clara and Emma didn't eat too much dinner as they were mostly interested in getting the food on their new forks themselves. Again, when Mommy or Samantha offered to help, they both refused. Mommy thought that because they took a longer nap that they'd go to bed later, but both were tired and went to sleep at 6 ish.

Mommy got back to taking videos (thanks to looking at the cute videos of her friend Jennifer's kid) and promises to continue to take more videos and make sure there are an equal amount of Clara and Emma!
