Mommy enjoyed watching Clara understand the request for Clara to pick up her jacket and bring it to Mommy. Mommy also enjoyed watching Emma dance- moving side to side to the music.
Today, Clara and Emma took a trip to the store with Mommy. At the Stop and Shop in Dobbs, there were large stuffed Elmo dolls at each register. Emma was very excited and couldn't stop saying "Elmo." While the ladies napped, Mommy had a meeting with the coordinator from the Early Intervention program. It is the first step in a process that will end on December 15th with a meeting to decide whether or not Emma will get services to help her walk. Mommy and Daddy know that Emma will walk eventually, but want to help make sure she gets the extra push she might need. For lunch today, Mommy tried giving the ladies some turkey cold cuts. Neither was too thrilled. Mommy took Clara and Emma to Sears to run some errands and then to look at houses in Scarsdale. Mommy was grateful that they both slept in the car. It was quite a busy afternoon!
After dinner, Mommy thought she would change it up from Sesame Street and try Yo Gabba Gabba. Lots of Clara and Emma's friends watch it and they had seen it once before. Well, it was quite a hit. It came on and Emma and Clara lit up. Emma started bouncing and kicking her legs and Clara was entertained while Mommy gave Emma a quick bath. On bath night during the week, when Mommy bathes the ladies by herself, Mommy finds that Elmo or Yo Gabba Gabba very useful in entertaining Clara or Emma in the highchair while one twin is being bathed.
