Clara performed for the start of speech therapy- standing on a stool and playing her guitar, bopping her head. She even had Roberta, the speech therapist, sing on the microphone. And, at the end, with no prompting, she bowed her head as if she knew how to bow and say that she was done.
Emma didn't want to get out of the bath and cried and cried. Mommy gave her a snack- but she didn't like any of the options- all of which Clara ate. For the second time in a few days, while Emma was crying, Clara walked over to her and pat her on the back and said "okay, Emma?"
The ladies woke up from their nap and heard the the cleaning ladies. Emma said, "my amigos are here." Yes, she really did. And, she even said "Adios Amigos," on the way out. Daddy heard her on the phone.
Before leaving, Mommy went to the bathroom and Clara came in and said, "dark" which was true since Mommy didn't turn the light on.
It was a trip to the mall for an afternoon activity -something the Gornstein gang hasn't done in a long time.
