It rained and rained and rained all day and Clara and Emma didn't get outside at all. Emma had physical therapy this morning, but was in a mood and didn't want to do too much. She did like bouncing on the exercise ball and singing her monkey song, which she then did to a little bear most of the day. Clara also did it today and had a HUGE grin on her face.
Clara and Emma hosted friend Nathan and his mommy, Sinde. It was fun to show the new house and enjoy friends on a very dreary day.
Clara and Emma loved splashing in the bath and were very excited to see the water "jumping" up and down. Clara and Emma would both stop at the same time and then start again -Mommy needed to change afterwards because she was completely wet! Still, they can't stand when Mommy puts water on their heads, even though Clara does try to do it to Emma or herself with her bath cups.
Tonight, Emma had a new milestone. After the bath, she was standing naked and said "pee pee" and sat on her pink potty. Mommy didn't think anything of it, until... yes, she went "pee pee" in the potty! Mommy couldn't believe it and congratulated Emma. Emma of course turned around and said "pee pee," and touched it. Mommy put it away and Emma walked to the toilet and tried to take toilet paper to wipe and then Mommy helped her wash hands. Now, the big decision is whether to train Emma now or just wait and see...
