Finally, April 15th. Daddy has made it through another tax season and the little tax deductions are happy to have him home more! Tuesday was a nice day in NYC. Clara and Emma enjoyed lunch with Mommy and Monica and took a nice long walk to the 60's afterwards. Emma decided she didn't want to stay in the bundle me and put her feet out. Everyone that passed smiled at her and she smiled right back. Then, Mommy took the girls to the park on 77th and York to meet up with Lynn and her daughters, Samantha and Isabella. On the way home, Mommy stopped at Daddy's favorite bakery, Glasers, to get some goodies for Daddy. Daddy came home early again to celebrate the end of tax season!
Today, Mommy went to the gym and the girls took a walk with Annie after their nap. Mommy got all dressed up today and put on a suit and looked professional. She even wore high heels. Clara wanted to wear them too and tried them on quickly. Mommy thinks she liked the taste of them better. Mommy had lunch with people at Tipping Sprung, where she is doing some part time fundraising consulting work. It was nice. After lunch, Mommy came back to the UES and met Annie to feed Clara and Emma at Burger Heaven. After lunch, Mommy met Stephanie, Henry and Isabelle for coffee. Well, the adults had coffee... Mommy says she needs to finish packing for the trip to Maryland in the morning.
