Thursday, the girls enjoyed kiwi for breakfast. The girls enjoyed playing and crawling around the apartment and even made an appearance in the kitchen. They seem to enjoy the cold kitchen floors. Clara also has been practicing pushing to standing and like her sister on Wednesday, used the new toy to puch up. Thursday evening, Mommy went for sushi with Stacey and Cara, friends from the building.
Friday was a mellow day. Emma took a morning nap in the stroller and got herself out of the straps and turned around and stood up in the stroller (see the picture). After playing with Yolanda, Mommy saw that the girls were especially tired and didn't try to feed them solids for lunch. After their bottle, Mommy took Clara and Emma to Big Daddy's Diner for lunch with Judith and her daughters, Eloise and Marielle.
Last night, Mommy went out with Aunt Alyssa, Lisa and Jen to Buddakan for her birthday. It was lots of fun.
Emma woke everyone up early again this morning.The last three days had been 630 am and today was 530 -oy, Emma. Mommy and Daddy think she is teething. Emma still cries when Mommy puts her in the crib for a nap but immediately falls asleep if she is put in the non-moving stroller. For now, this will do. At least she is napping.
