After school, they took a short nap and enjoyed some lunch. Mommy loaded them up again and took them to the Hastings Train Station Cafe for the music class. Clara enjoyed dancing- she swayed side to side and was captivated by the teacher tuning her guitar. Emma enjoyed the drum and the song "Itsy Bitsy" and "Wheels on the Bus."
Then, it was time to go to Buy Buy Baby to buy pottys. Yes, you read this right. Mommy decided that since Emma is saying "poopie" it was time to at least let her (and Clara too) sit on it and play with it. So, Mommy asked around and heard that for small kids, the Baby Bjorns are good, so Clara and Emma got two pink pottys. Mommy thinks that there will need to be an additional purchase of two for the other bathroom, but that is down the road. Mommy doesn't know how Emma got this, but she did say "poopie, poopie" when Mommy brought the pottys upstairs.
The ladies took an afternoon nap and woke up for their favorite new snack, graham crackers. Mommy loaded the ladies up again and headed over to Marci's for a play date with Matthew. Jennifer and Anabelle were there too. Clara and Emma liked playing with the toy that had a wheel the most and kept climbing on top of each other to get closer to the wheel. Sharing was not at the top of their list.
Both ladies haven't been interested in bathing the past few times. Mommy doesn't know what happened. Maybe they are too tired? So, it was a quick dunk with lots of tears, but they are clean!
