Tuesday afternoon, Clara and Emma enjoyed a Rivertown Play Group event, Take Back the Afternoon. Check http://www.therivertownplaygroup.com/ for pictures!
On Wednesday, it was over 60 degrees. Mommy took Clara and Emma to gym and had to leave a little early because they were so cranky. The ladies fell asleep in the car before Mommy got in the driver's seat. Mommy was able to transfer both of them to the crib, where they slept until 12- almost a two hour morning nap. Mommy gave the kids lunch, which Emma refused because she is teething. Mommy was most entertained by Clara who took a napkin and wiped the milk that was on the floor up with it. So, Mommy took the girls on a walk in the stroller for the first time in months in Dobbs and made sure to get Emma a bagel, which seemed to make her happy. Daddy came home early to play with the ladies and helped give them a bath. Clara and Emma love to play with the hair brushes and like trying to bruch each other's hair.
Today, it was quite windy. Mommy ran errands while Clara and Emma were with the sitter. Emma did well in physical therapy and enjoyed doing the row row activity, playing with picking up fishies, trying to step up on a book and sitting on a ball. Clara enjoyed doing art with Samantha, the babysitter. The ladies took another nap, but Clara's was much longer than Emma's. After another bath, Clara helped brush Emma's hair and then brushed Mommy's hair too and was very proud of herself.
