For dinner, everyone sat at the kitchen table for pizza. Clara and Emma wanted to put parmesan cheese on their pizza and eat salad like Mommy and Grandma. Emma also demonstrated her knowledge on where things come from. Daddy: "Where does milk come from?" Emma: "The refridgerator."
This morning, Emma and Clara ate cereal and enjoyed it. Emma asked for cereal and milk (no idea where she got that one), but it was their breakfast for today.
Today, the gang went to the Stamford Nature Center on a beautiful and unseasonably warm day. It was fantastic! The gals were greeted by guinea hen- which look like roosters. They were jumping up on the fence and running around the farm. It was really cool. Clara and Emma loved walking around and visiting the animals. The sheep were their favorite because they got to touch their noses. The gals also visited the Animal Embassy and got to meet some turtles. They also went on the outdoor playground and loved going on teh slide.
In the afternoon, the ladies did a fashion show of their summer clothes as Mommy tried to see if things fit them so she could pack them up for the trip to Argentina. Grandma taught Clara and Emma how to walk in a fashion show, stop, pose and bow. And, boy, did they love it.
Later, the ladies visited Denny's and played in the rocket ship and ice cream truck toys before heading to Great Play for Avery Stuart's first birthday!
