It turns out, Emma had a magic tooth ( an extra tooth) that needed to come out. Mommy had a few at Emma's age too, so one kid was probably get lucky!
Today was the surgery to remove the tooth. Clara went to mini camp and Emma went to the doctor's office. She did a great job of sitting for the CT Scan and liked seeing her X-ray.
She didn't like the shot, and had a hard time waking up. Mostly the key is letting her sleep it off instead of waking her right away. She didn't like her tongue being numb or the stitches and tried yanking them out- only once!
By the afternoon, she was home watching movies and eating applesauce, sorbet and pudding.
And, the tooth fairy came to visit tonite!!
